UK Delivery
Available delivery options and charges are shown during checkout before you place your order.
Orders are dispatched to the delivery address supplied during checkout. Please ensure your address details are complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Dispatch Times
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible during our normal operating days.
For orders placed using Next Day Delivery, the weekday order cut-off is 2:00pm.
Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2:00pm are normally expected to arrive on the next working day.
Orders placed Friday before 2:00pm are normally expected to arrive on Monday, as Saturday and Sunday are not treated as standard working delivery days.
Orders placed after 2:00pm, or during weekends, will be processed from the next working day. The earliest expected delivery date will therefore move forward accordingly.
For example:
- Thursday after 2:00pm → earliest expected delivery Monday
- Friday after 2:00pm → earliest expected delivery Tuesday
- Saturday or Sunday → earliest expected delivery Tuesday
Next Day Delivery remains an estimated service and cannot be guaranteed where delays occur due to courier disruption, adverse weather, bank holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery Charges
Current shipping charges are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery service selected.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
Courier delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the dispatch process.
Damaged Deliveries
If an order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the package and affected items where possible.
